Great location right on the beach 🏖️, with well-sized and nicely decorated rooms. It's only a 30 km drive from the airport, making it convenient for travelers.

The location was excellent, close to a bus stop, so it was really easy to travel around. Booked a room with breathtaking views, and the staff were fabulously helpful and genuinely helpful people in restaurant excellent customer service and friendly🙂...  

First stayed at Reina Isabel in 1967 and though it has changed, it still retains the luxurious feel that it had then. The staff were friendly and helpful, the highlight of the trip was dinner in the top resturant, food was superb and...

I thoroughly enjoyed marvellous and top location of this hotel.

Location: the hotel was close to centre, the sea or the property's part of the beach with sun beds, and the boulevard. The place was minutes from La Tabernilla, where you can have dinner. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was elegant and brand-new. The breakfast was extensive, had lots of options.

I had problems turning on the tv, getting adaptors for my us electrical devices, I figuring out how to turn on the lights in the room. Staff could have given an information card, when we checked in, so we would know how to operate all these different systems in cotrast to how they are done in the usa, place where I am coming from. Maybe they dont get many people ffom the usa. I had trouble locating the tele number for reception too. It wasnt listed in their booklet!! Had to ask the maid in the hall how to call reception!!

The location is excellent, close to a lovely promenade, the sea, and a nice beach area with sun beds, in addition to top-notch dining options and exceptional service from the reception staff.

The location of Reina Isabel is right on the beach / promenade surrounded by dozens of restaurants. The room I had (a sea view double for single use) was of a good size and well equipped, also the balcony and bathroom were of a good size. The breakfast was good in quality and choice. The roof top swimming pool and lounge have stunning views. The promenade side bar staff are particularly friendly and I found the reception staff and porters helpful. Recommended.

Although I specifically requested a room on a high floor level, I was given a room on the third floor which couldn't be changed beceause "the hotel was full", which was rubbish. I booked four months in advance and they had obviously either not read or ignored my request. Anyone below the third floor (sea side), would have a poor view, mainly of the restaurant roof. However, this did not spoil my stay which was enjoyable and I will return.

The comfort and charm of the hotel was excellent. Very good service at all times from excellent staff. Super food.

Our stay here was truly wonderful - the place was luxurious, the breakfast was filling, and they had convenient free parking and efficient service.

My husband and I enjoyed the hotels location, as it was right on the beach and the breakfast was outstanding. They have easy free wi-fi access and the rooms are so clean! It's a great place to stay and I only had two complaints about this hotel.

The hotel advertises a gym and sauna and unfrotunately neither one were available as they are under construction. The hotel staff was not knowledgeable about the gym opening and closing times. The hotel staff did not have correct information regarding tours and bus routes. I would suggest that you do your homework on tours and what you would like to do in the area and do not rely on the reception desk, as they are confused on the information they provide. Those two issues were the only complaints I had, everything else was great.

Hotel for pensioners and this statement has to be in the description! Poor english in general (4* hotel, former 5*). During the first week of our stay me and my wife were the only couple younger than 50 Y.O. Rooms are quite old and had mold in a bathroom. I asked for a double bed, but got only two single beds placed one next to the other with a hole in between. At check-in our room was dirty and I had to ask to clean it. Sun beds are available only for first 50 people on the beach and they were reserved by pensioners at 7-8 am by their towels. 30% of them never showed up and hotel personal didn't care about it. You will be offered to have a sun bed and umbrella just for 2,5 euro per piece right next to the free ones. But if we were lucky to get free sun beds a guy responsible for them ignored us and didn't want to bring an umbrella, cause I didn't want to pay "a fee" about 0,5-1euro for his "services" so every time I had to go to him and take it by myself. отель для пенсионеров и сервисы расчитаны именно на этот контингент! на 4* не тянет никак. если вы моложе 40 лет, делать там нечего. больше негатива, чем позитива.
